Chemical Plant Burn Incident
In 2009, I was burned in an incident at a Chemical Plant on the Houston Ship Channel. Dan Barton was hired to represent my family against one of the largest global chemical companies. During the whole process, which took several years, including a very stressful three-week trial, Dan proved to be a professional, personable, knowledgeable, caring, and honest man. He works with you and keeps you informed and no decisions are made without you. He expects the same of his team that supports him and they are also great to work with. Oh, and did I mention we won the trial decisively. Dan Barton is an awesome person of great character which carries over into being a great lawyer. A good man.
